Rhombus Customer Referral Program

RHOMBUS SYSTEMS, INC.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility & Referrals 

1.1 Participation in the Rhombus Customer Referral Program ("Program") is open to current customers ("Eligible Customers") who have an active Rhombus End User console account that remains in good standing throughout the term of the Program, and who are authorized to legally receive referral incentive rewards by their employer (State, Local, Education, and Government entities are excluded from receiving rewards). 

1.2 Eligible Customers must submit their referral of prospective customers (“Prospects”) via the designated form or unique referral link provided by Rhombus. 

1.3 Eligible Customers must ensure that Prospects are aware of the submission and have given explicit permission to be referred. 

1.4 Referrals must be submitted before the Prospect engages with the Rhombus sales team. 

1.5 Prospects cannot be existing Rhombus customers. 

 
2. Referral Rewards & Conditions 

2.1 Eligible Customers will receive referral incentive rewards based upon Rhombus products purchased by the Prospect (“Qualifying Purchases”), subject to the following conditions: 

Qualifying Purchases must be from an Authorized Reseller of Rhombus; 

Only the initial purchase order placed by the Prospect is a Qualifying Purchase; subsequent purchases are not eligible for referral incentive rewards;  

Qualifying Purchase are based upon the initial year’s annual contracted spend for Rhombus’s products, not including applicable taxes and/or any services provided by the reseller or any third-party;  

Qualifying Purchases must be made by the Prospect within 60 days of the date the Eligible Customer submitted the referral; sales thereafter no longer qualify for the incentive referral award; and 

Eligible Customers must be in good standing with Rhombus as of the date of payment of any reward under the Program. 

2.2 Eligible Customers will receive a $100 referral incentive reward for each Qualifying Purchase that less than USD $5,000. 

2.3 Eligible Customers will receive a $500 referral incentive reward for each Qualifying Purchase that is greater than or equal to USD $5,000. 

 
3. Payout Period 

3.1 Rewards will be processed and paid out to Eligible Customers within 90 days after each Qualifying Purchase. 

 
4. Confidentiality and Privacy 

4.1 Rhombus respects the confidentiality and privacy of its customers and their referrals. Any information shared as part of the referral process will be treated in accordance with Rhombus' Privacy Policy. 

 
5. General 

5.1 Rhombus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice, and with or without cause. 

5.2 Rhombus reserves the right to disqualify any customer, referral or purchase found to be in violation of these terms and conditions, Rhombus’s standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase, any contractual obligation of any channel partner of Rhombus, or any party engaged in fraudulent, corrupt or deceptive activity. 

5.3 By participating in the Program, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 

These terms and conditions are subject to change and may be updated periodically. Customers are encouraged to review them regularly for any changes.
